What is the return and refund policy?

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your name, order number, and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
  • Note that the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

REFUNDS

  • We do not accept refunds on any purchases. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review product details before placing an order.


Ordered the wrong size, will I be able to replace it?

  • Each product on our site includes a detailed size chart to help ensure the correct fit before ordering. We won't be able to replace the item. We suggest to carefully review your item before placing an order.





SHIPPING

Metro Manila: 2-5 business days after your order date.

Provincial: 3-7 business days after your order date.

We use J&T Express for all the deliveries.

When will I get my order?
